Returns Policy

Any rights you have under this policy in relation to your SBHS Uniform Shop product are additional to any rights you may have under consumer laws. All change-of-mind refunds are issued at the discretion of SBHS Uniform Shop. We reserve the right to refuse a credit to a student’s account or exchange for a change-of-mind request.

SBHS Uniform Shop are happy to exchange or credit any items to your school account that are chosen by the customer and not the correct size. Refunds are at the discretion of the SBHS Uniform Shop.

In the event that you have received a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item please contact us.

To return an item

Please return an item for refund or exchange to the school office preferably within 5 days of purchase. Include your invoice details, name, email address/phone number. Do not include your credit card details.

Make sure you include the reason for requesting a credit to a student’s account or exchange. For exchanges, please also specify the size and colour of the replacement items (exchanges are subject to stock availability).

Order Collection

We aim to process orders within 7 working days subject to availability. You will be notified when an order is ready for collection.
