The Southland Boys' High School team won the Scott Shield at the ILT Postal Shoot Clay Target event on Sunday 21 July, 2024.

Individual efforts were also outstanding, with Michael Crean winning the senior High Gun, Jack Horrell the senior Skeet, and William Devery winning the senior Single Barrel. Congratulations gentlemen!

Special mention must be made to an impressive group of Year 9 boys who attended their first team Clay Target shooting event.

Henry Levett, Monty Tremaine, Henry Mitchell, Cooper Gow and Liam Johnston showed great dedication, effort, and enthusiasm, and held their own against some of the best. It's clear that these boys have a bright and exciting future ahead in their chosen sport.
